Stanley Hughes
Senior Pastor

A native of Texas, Stanley has served as pastor of Richland Baptist Church since 1991. Prior to coming to Richland, he was the pastor of Riverside Baptist Church, Fort Worth, Texas. He is a graduate of Wayland Baptist College (B.A.) and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (M. Divinity).

Scott Wells
Minister of Music

Also a native Texas, Scott has served in his present position since 1990 He is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

Ron Shelby
Youth Minister

Prior to joining the staff in 1999, Ron was an electrical engineer. He is a graduate of Washington State University. Go Cougs!

Renae Wells
Children's Worship and Choirs

As the leader of the children's worship and choirs since 1991, Renae is responsible for the children's services. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University (B.S.).

John Robinson
Minister to Senior Adults

A native of Tennessee, John has held his present position since 1997, after serving as bi-vocational teacher/pastor in several Washington churches. At one time he pastored Richland Baptist Church. He is a graduate of the Baptist Academy in Tennessee and Whitworth College (Masters in Administrative Education)

Rafael Miranda
Hispanic Ministries

Another native of Texas, Rafael has held his present position since 1998. Previously he had been in charge of church planting and pastoral ministry to Spanish-speaking congregations and a social worker for Los Angeles County. He is a graduate of California Baptist College (B.A.) and Golden Gate Seminary (B.D.).

Sherri White
Church Secretary

Yet another native of Texas, Sherri has held her present position since 1993. She previously worked at Westinghouse Hanford and attended Columbia Basin College.

A native of North Carolina, Teresa has held her present position since 1998.
