LifeGroups

LifeGroups are small groups that meet on Sunday mornings at 9:45 to study the Bible, build relationships, and pray for one another. These groups are organized by age and by interest, and we have classes from babies all the way to senior adults. We have a small group for you! Just ask any of our greeters or at the Welcome Centers and we will be thrilled to direct you to a class.

Students
The Youth Ministry at Richland Baptist Church is here to honor and glorify our Lord Jesus Christ! We work to be a fun, encouraging and impactful place for students to connect with the body of Christ, to know Jesus personally, and to grow into disciples of Christ who make other disciples of Christ! To do this we also strive to come along side parents and families and help train students in the Lord! We try to emphasize this by providing bible studies and resources to use in the home, as well as, offer equipping opportunities so that we can all keep growing as effective families! Our goals are to help equip students and families to reach the lost for Christ and provide growing, leading, and serving opportunities, as well as, having a lot of fun fellowshiping together! For more information, call 509/943-9177 or e-mail me, Ron Shelby, youth minister.
Women

Women’s Ministry offers Bible studies and a variety of activities, including an annual retreat, for Christian Women to grow in Christ. From this growth, Women’s Ministry strives to provide opportunities for women to use their gifts and talents in service to God, their church, and other women.

We also have a ministry to moms of preschoolers called Atomic Moms. Atomic Moms’ purpose is to be a place that all moms are welcome, safe community is present, and relationships are nurtured; all for the ultimate goal of Christ’s love and truth being shared.

The vision of Atomic Moms is to stay Christ-centered and Spirit led in our efforts.  Our prayer for the group is that we would have an abundance of laborers to reach those living in darkness.  To be on mission for Christ in our neighborhood.  That Atomic Moms would create a pipeline of leaders.  We would be sensitive to the needs of those around us, pray for their needs and reach out to them.  The opportunity created by this moms group is one we see as ordained by the Lord.

To register, please download the form here and submit to the Richland Baptist Church office.

Atomic Moms’ Meeting Times
Meetings are the second Monday of every month starting in September and running until May.  We meet in the fellowship hall from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.  Childcare is included in the registration fee of $35.
Men

Men’s Ministry helps and equips Christian men to discover their purpose and potential in Christ. Our men regularly assist in work projects both in the Tri-Cities area and out of town, have an annual retreat (fishing trip), participate in recreational activities, and have a monthly breakfast with a focused Bible study.

Bible Study Fellowship International offers classes at the church on Mondays at 6:55 p.m. (except summer) . These classes are in-depth, interdenominational Bible study for men of all ages and backgrounds.

Jesus Loves Me Preschool uses the READY! For Kindergarten age level targets developed by the Washington State Department of Early Learning and Development for skills identified by research as having the highest correlation to success in school—specifically learning to read and do math early and well. We use these targets as we plan our lessons and progress through the year.
